Parrot Bay’s open floor plan provides plenty of room for everyone with abundant amenities.  The large, fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and a gas range has seating at the island bar as well as adjacent dining for eight plus at the unique Pa Pa bear style table and chairs.  The kitchen opens up to a large great room with vaulted ceilings and ample seating around the 58″ Smart TV which allows you to watch you favorite cable television or movie on Dish Network.  Looking out the floor to ceiling windows, enjoy 148 feet of lake frontage while watching the boats as they come and go from Springs Dock.  If you prefer to be outdoors, access the 500 square feet of covered composite deck via two doors from the upper level.

For added convenience, there is an additional refrigerator and commercial ice machine in the upper level laundry room as well as a place to store additional items you have brought for your vacation stay.

Parrot Bay’s lower level offers a large U shaped sectional sofa with a t.v. and entertainment package that matches the upper level.  If you prefer, use the DVD player to watch your favorite movie.  If you’d rather relax with a drink, have a seat at the Parrot Bay wet bar or gather around the whiskey barrel table for a game of cards.  Large, wall to wall windows look out onto another 500 square foot covered composite deck with lower level door access for hanging out and boat watching.

Once outside, your choice of steps or a concrete walking path leads you past a fire pit on your way to the two slip covered dock.  The dock includes a swim platform, two wave runner slips and kayaks.  Nestled in the no-wake zone away from the boat traffic, enjoy floating in the water without the worry of waves or boat traffic.
